HCHOA has completed this years work on the renovations of the playgrounds. I hope everyone has an opportunity to visit the playgrounds and see the wonderful upgrades that have been done this year. We have a great canopy over the toddler rides in the small park and an additional bench. Lots of work was done on Hickory Creek Park; we have a new monument sign, new basketball court, new mulch in the play area, new back fence, two new benches, new light under the canopy.
Lets thank all the people that help put the ideas together and got bids and contractors to give us these great new places to enjoy!

NFBWA Segment 9B Waterline Construction
The contractor constructing the North Fort Bend Water Authority Segment 9B Surface Water line under Cansfield Way has been having issues with muddy water (not wastewater sludge) surfacing from underground as a result of the directional drilling operation. They have had a vacuum tract cleaning up the areas where the muddy water is surfacing,. Unfortunately, it has been surfacing in residents’ yards.
As a result, they have decided to discontinue the directional drilling and are proposing to open cut the north half of Cansfield Way in order to install the surface waterline. They will continue to work to finish the construction on school property and in the open field from FM 1093 to the east end of Cansfield until they can obtain the necessary approvals for the open cut installation method.
If residents have any questions or concerns about this project; contact the NFBWA’s Engineers at (281) 558-8700.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Hickory Creek Homeowners Association has had to terminate services with our management company, LJ Services. The Board has employed MMC, Inc. Association Management, effective immediately.
We are aware of many service issues that have not been addressed over the past months; including the December billing of homeowners’ dues. The Board has mailed the invoices on March 1, 2013 to all homeowners. Due to the delay of this billing, the Association is waiving late fees and interest until April 15, 2013. If you have already paid this invoice, please disregard.
